Founded and owned by the dynamic entrepreneur Veerapaneni Sesha Harsha, our journey began with a commitment to transform the real estate landscape in Vizag. Over the years, we have carved a niche by consistently delivering exceptional projects that blend luxury, innovation, and sustainability.
Our Journey:
- In 2021, Veerapaneni Infra Projects embarked on a remarkable journey by initiating a unique development project in the picturesque landscape of Vizag Konada. Spanning across a sprawling 16 acres, this project was conceived as an agricultural farmhouse concept, offering residents a tranquil oasis. As part of the first phase, we completed essential amenities such as 40-foot wide roads, advanced drip irrigation systems, a lush coconut plantation, and a secure compound wall, all meticulously designed to enhance the quality of life for our esteemed customers.
Elevating Living Standards in 2023
- Building on our successful endeavours, in 2023, Veerapaneni Infra Projects entered into a development agreement to bring another exceptional project to life. Nestled in the heart of Vizag, near the divine Iskon Temple and within easy reach of the pristine beach, we proudly present "Aalayam" – a name derived from the Sanskrit word for 'Home' or 'The Temple'.
